Printing an Item Alias Group List

To print a list of all item alias groups

1. When you first enter the Item Alias option a Select An Option window will appear; select PRINT.

2. Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

To print a list of customers assigned to a specific item alias group

1. When you first enter the Item Alias option a Select An Option window will appear; select the item alias group you wish to print.

2. An Item Alias Group table will appear. Highlight the box next to the PRINT option and press Enter. An asterisk will indicate that the item has been chosen.

3. Press the F10 key.

Command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The following information will print, for one or all customers, depending on the list you have chosen to print:

• Item ID – The item ID
• Item Name – The item name
• UPC/GTIN – The alias group's item code, UPC, or GTIN number
• SKU – The alias group's item SKU
• Alias Name – The alias group's item alias name.
• Cool – The country of origin label used by the customer.
• Dft Pack – The default item pack for the item, or LB.
• Carton Fill – The weight used in cartonizing and bills of lading case counts.
